Autumn Hall Community

Located in Wilmington NC, the first single-family home was built in Autumn Hall in 2009.  Autumn Hall was envisioned as a quaint but quiet neighborhood populated by homes replete in southern home building tradition.   Gas lanterns were used to convey an ambiance of warmth and depth of history that is uniquely southern.  Narrow tree-lined streets, sidewalks and front facing porches were required to foster a Southerners’ sense of community and provide a comfortable place for people to sit and visit.
